# Outreach

Once you've selected your influencer matches, Autone helps you manage the outreach process.

## Starting outreach

From your shortlisted creators, you can:

1. **Send outreach messages** — personalized based on your strategy's messaging angles
2. **Track responses** — see who has opened, replied, or not yet responded
3. **Manage conversations** — keep all communications organized in one place

## Outreach pipeline

Your outreach pipeline tracks each creator through stages:

| Stage           | Description                                 |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Queued**      | Selected for outreach, message not yet sent |
| **Contacted**   | Initial message sent                        |
| **Responded**   | Creator has replied                         |
| **Negotiating** | Discussing terms and deliverables           |
| **Confirmed**   | Deal agreed, campaign work underway         |
| **Completed**   | Deliverables received                       |
| **Declined**    | Creator declined or stopped responding      |

## Best practices
